IN-STORE TRADING CARD GAME (TCG) SALES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

This policy applies to all trading card game products sold by the store, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, starter decks, bundles, promotional products, and other sealed collectible card game merchandise.

1. Finality of Sales

Due to the collectible nature of trading card game products and the risk of product tampering, card substitution, resealing, and other fraudulent activity, all TCG product sales are final.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their purchases before leaving the store.

2. Opened or Unsealed Products

No refund, exchange, store credit, or replacement will be provided for any product that has been opened, unsealed, damaged by the customer, or otherwise altered after purchase.

3. Products Removed from the Premises

Once a customer has completed a purchase and left the store with a TCG product, no refund, exchange, cancellation, or store credit will be offered, regardless of whether the product remains sealed and unopened.

This policy is necessary to protect the integrity of collectible products and to prevent product tampering and fraudulent returns.

4. Change of Mind

The store does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

  • Change of mind;
  • Purchases made in error;
  • Products no longer wanted by the customer;
  • Duplicate purchases; or
  • Any TCG product returned after leaving the premises.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where goods are faulty, damaged at the point of sale, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Proof of purchase will be required for all claims. The store reserves the right to inspect any item before determining the appropriate remedy.

6. Reservation of Rights

The store reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or claim where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a product has been tampered with, altered, misused, fraudulently returned, or where the claim is inconsistent with this policy or applicable law.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Sales, Returns and Refunds Policy.

 

ONLINE SALES, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

This policy applies to all products purchased through our website, online store, social media sales channels, and any other distance-selling platform operated by the store.

1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Customers must take reasonable care of goods while they are in their possession.

Items returned under the statutory cancellation right must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Where returned goods show signs of use, damage, tampering, opening, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from any refund as permitted by law.

3. Trading Card Game Products

Customers are strongly advised not to open sealed TCG products if they intend to exercise their cancellation rights.

Where a sealed TCG product has been opened, handled, altered, damaged, or otherwise affected in a manner that reduces its resale value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value caused by such handling.

4. Change of Mind Returns

Provided the customer complies with the requirements of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unopened products may be returned within the statutory cancellation period.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Nothing in this policy affects a customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, not as described, or incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where appropriate.

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Where goods are returned following cancellation, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.

7. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to refuse returns, reduce refunds, or reject claims where there is evidence of tampering, fraud, misuse, or damage caused after delivery, subject always to the customer's statutory rights.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our online sales channels, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted this Returns and Refunds Policy.
